My work as UX Design Lead for Bank of America was on a digital transformation project where several software packages were rationalized into one portal. This involved intense communication between auditors, business, technology, and senior management on a multi-year project.   • Partnered with Stakeholders and Tech teams.
  • Prototyping, wireframing, prototyping, Figjam, and Invision prototyping.
  • User testing, moderated and unmoderated, User Acceptance testing.
